Our Fulfillment Policy -
Thank you for selecting Snake River Consulting, LLC for your executive coaching and advisory needs.
We are committed to delivering a comprehensive and impactful experience. Please review our fulfillment policy outlined below:
Service Delivery: Coaching and advisory services provided by Snake River Consulting, LLC, will commence promptly upon payment receipt. Sessions will be conducted at agreed-upon times and locations, whether in person or virtually. All fees based on US Dollars.
Session Duration: Single coaching and strategy sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, with more formal Coaching programs lasting six months with renewal options available per client request and communicated in advance. Advisory sessions will be tailored to meet your specific needs, and the duration will be agreed upon mutually.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, kindly provide at least 48 hour notice. Failure to do so may result in the session being considered delivered, and no refund will be issued. For on-site advisory work, where travel itinerary and scheduling has been established, cancellation must be provided at least two weeks in advance. Failure to do so may result in non-refundable expenses and the forfeit of any initial retainer fee.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be considered under rare and exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen coach, client and/or advisor unavailability. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within two weeks from the missed engagement date.
Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching and advisory sessions with Snake River Consulting, LLC, is treated with utmost confidentiality. Our coaches and advisors adhere to strict ethical standards, ensuring your privacy remains a top priority.
Code of Conduct: We expect both parties to engage respectfully and professionally during coaching and advisory sessions. Any behavior violating our code of conduct may lead to termination of services.
Feedback and Concerns: Your feedback is essential to us. If you have concerns or suggestions regarding our coaching and advisory services provided by Snake River Consulting, LLC, please communicate them promptly by emailing snakeriverconsulting@gmail.com
Termination of Services: Either party may terminate coaching and advisory services with a minimum 30-day notice to/from either party. In case of termination, any remaining sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis after the 30-day notice period.
